Live4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using live4d's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.
Effective date: January 2026. live4d reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the live4d platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all policies referenced herein.
Use of the live4d platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:
- Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
- Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your country of origin or country of residence.
- Not located in a jurisdiction that imposes a total ban on online betting activities.
- Using the platform for personal use and not in any commercial capacity or on behalf of a third party without prior written consent from live4d.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. live4d reserves the right to terminate access for any user who breaches these eligibility requirements, at any time and without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and account information
Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the live4d platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved, including forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any false, inaccurate, or misleading details — including your name, date of birth, phone number, or banking information — may result in your account being suspended and pending transactions withheld until verification is completed.
Password and account security
You are solely responsible for keeping your live4d account password and login credentials confidential. live4d will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including transactions made by anyone who gains unauthorised access due to your own negligence. Please contact live4d customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Prohibited conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the live4d platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Creating an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or abuse bonus programmes.
- Engaging in any activity that could be considered money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities — any such findings must be reported to live4d immediately.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals and MYR Transactions
All transactions on the live4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). live4d does not accept foreign currency transactions directly. Any currency exchange differences resulting from the use of international cards or payment methods are solely the responsibility of the user.
Deposit
Users may deposit funds using any method supported by live4d, including DuitNow, online bank transfer (FPX), and other local methods listed on the platform. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change. All deposits credited to a live4d account are non-reversible by the user unless a technical error is confirmed by live4d.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the chosen method. live4d reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding a specified threshold. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the live4d account holder. live4d reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is identified.
Bonuses and promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers on live4d are subject to wagering requirements and time limits set out separately. Abuse of promotions — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses — may result in account termination and the cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of live4d's liability
The live4d platform is provided on an "as is" basis. live4d makes no guarantee that the service will be continuously available, free from technical errors, or meet any specific user expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, live4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or betting outcomes.
Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that they are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made through their account.
Intellectual property
All content on the live4d platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and game materials — is the property of live4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-party links and services
The live4d platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services, including game providers, payment gateways, and identity verification providers. live4d is not responsible for the privacy practices, terms of service, or service quality of any third party. Users are advised to read and understand the relevant third-party terms before engaging with their services.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account suspension and closure
Live4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of unauthorised payment methods, or upon instruction from a competent authority. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, live4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Account closures requested by the user will be processed once all eligible withdrawals have been settled and there are no outstanding open queries.
Changes to terms and conditions
Live4d reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws, and this agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with relevant legal principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the live4d platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
